Get out your date books! On January 24th Nina’s Music Book will take part in an amazing event at the Palace Hotel. The Wedding Party will feature Colin Cowie, designer Lela Rose, Elegant Bride Editor-in-Chief Antonia van der Meer. Hosts Claudia Hanlin & Jennifer Zabinski of The Wedding Library have planned an amazing day of all things wedding! Our trio will be featured twice throughout the day and, additionally, will have a booth between 12-3. Don’t miss out on the fashion show at 3:00pm!

Rarely do we get the opportunity to play music for couples before their wedding day. But this evening we had the opportunity to play for Tyler as he proposed to his girlfriend in Central Park. (We would show photos of the proposal but it was a very intimate moment!)

Many people ask to see photos of our events. Using this as an excuse - and, really, as if we could resist the blog craze any longer - we created this blog-like gallery. Here we will post things like who we’ve been playing for or where we’ve been performing. Perhaps we’ll even include what we’ve been performing and when we figure out the whole video/sound clip thing… yeah, that too. Occasionally we’ll add non-performance related stuff such as announcements, links to our colleagues, new press or special events (perhaps some new tricks our puppies learned?) But we’ll try to not do that too often. And, like a good little blog-thing, we’ve added links to amazing sites for planning weddings and events. You can comment to let us know what you think. (Or, not. Just sayin’)
Thanks for stopping by!

Last night, The Wedding Library hosted an amazing event at The Harvard Club for all of their vendor members. It was fabulous! First off, there was a photobooth. The hit of the party! No matter what event you’re planning, you must rent a photobooth from our new friends at nycphotobooth! (See evidence below) Second, Liz and I met Gabriella from Matrimony Mony who is not to mention fun, but founded the most innovative company… they choreograph your first dance! You should really check them out.
